30-Day Return Policy 

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Return 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • It must include all original accessories, manuals, and components.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items 

Please note that items that have been used, altered, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original saleable condition are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping 

krivoza LLC will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Restocking Fee 

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

Refunds 

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Stripe) within a certain number of days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, as processing times can vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Items

Provide details of the product, the nature of the defect or damage, and your order number. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or full refund.

Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above for the original item and then place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Please note that krivoza LLC currently only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
