Damages

At krivoza LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of car electronics. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help make returns and refunds as easy as possible.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
It must include all original accessories, manuals, and components.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that items that have been used, altered, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original saleable condition are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Refunds
